The Yves Saint Laurent return policy states that any item purchased within 30 days of receipt and is in new, unused condition can be returned for a full refund. Products that have been personalized or were labeled “non-returnable” at the time of purchase are ineligible for return.
Clothing that has been worn, altered, is incomplete, or soiled will not be accepted as a return and given back to you.
On the other hand, YSL Beauty purchases made online can be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. However, these products can only be returned via mail and aren’t accepted as a return at a storefront.
All returns of YSL products are free and don’t require you to pay a shipping or restocking fee.

How to Return a YSL Product
When returning a YSL product, the customer must provide the reason for return by initiating a return request. You can initiate a return request in a few different ways, the first of those being to just take it into your nearest YSL storefront.
You can also initiate a request by logging into your YSL account and going to your order history to start a return request. Finally, you can initiate a request by emailing customer service at email@example.com
Once you finish the request, you’ll receive an email with specific instructions to follow for your return. First, you’ll safely package the item and then attach the free return label to the box. Then, you’ll take it to your nearest YSL warehouse or storefront to finish the return request. All return requests must be completed within 14 days of the initial file.

Can You Return an Online Product to the Store?
Yes, you can return products purchased from the YSL website to any freestanding YSL store. The only stipulations here are that it can’t be a YSL storefront inside another department store and it can’t be from the YSL Beauty eCommerce website.
