How To Return a Ruggable Item?

To return an item to Ruggable:

  1. Go to the Ruggable portal
  2. Enter your order number and shipping ZIP code (Note that if your order is outside of the 30-day return window, their website will NOT allow you to move forward)
  3. Select the item to return and the reason (Only one item at a time)
  4. Choose whether to exchange or return an item (Get $ amount)
  5. You will receive a prepaid label in your email
  6. Ship back your item, preferably in the original box
  7. Once they receive your item, they can complete the return

Can You Return an Online Purchase to the Store?

There are no physical Ruggable stores. Unless you purchased a Ruggable product directly from another retailer (in which case you will have to follow their specific return policy), you will have to return the Ruggable via mail.

How strict is the Ruggable Return Policy?

To exchange an item, the product must be returned within 30 days. Exchanges for already exchanged items are not allowed. Also, any discounts and promo codes can’t be applied to exchanges and must be based on full retail price.

If the item you are exchanging your product for is more than your original item, you will pay for the difference. However, if your original item was more expensive, Ruggable will send you a refund for the difference.

When making exchanges, they have to happen when you return your original item. You are not allowed to save exchange credits. You can also only exchange your item for something similar. For example, if you bought a rug cover, you cannot exchange it for a rug system.

Unlike refunds, Ruggable exchanges are free unless the item you want costs more than the item you are exchanging.
