The period for return – 60 days
The ROMWE return policy states that you can return your purchases up to 60 days from the date of the purchases. However, the products you wish to return should be unaltered, undamaged, unworn, clean, unwashed, free of lint and hair, and in their original condition.
Please note that ROMWE does not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with the company first.
In lieu of current conditions of COVID-19, the company has extended the return for all orders made after 1 February 2020, from 60 days to 75 days.

ROMWE Return Policy allows you to return any of its merchandise bought online mode by mail only.
ROMWE is the internet-based retailer, so you can only return its merchandise by contacting customer service and arranging for pick-up through the mail.

We’ve simplified the online return method by explaining step-by-step below. Products should be returned or exchanged in the country where it was bought.
Step-1: Firstly, check with the customer service about the return procedure for that particular item.
Step-2: Go to the sign-in tab and enter your password and mail ID.
Step-3: Now, click on the order and tap initiate return next to the item you want to return.
Step-4: Next, you need to submit the reasons for the return.
Step-5: Print the return label as instructed.
Step-6: Attach the return label to the product you wish to return.
Step-7: You may be required to pay a $5.99 return fee with an order.
Step-8: Once you have packed the items, take the package to any UPS location.
Return in a store
As ROMWE is the internet-based retailer, you can’t return any of its merchandise to its stores. Why? Well, they do not have any store 🙂
ROMWE will first assess your order on quality terms, once the items are evaluated on quality terms, you will receive a confirmation via email when your return has been processed.
If your order is found right on quality terms, you will be refunded to the original form of payment
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after it receives your returned package.

Return conditions for final sale and other items
ROMWE has a standard 60 days policy for most of its purchase. However, some of its purchases are exempted from 60 days policy.
Do remember that all returns must be in original condition, i.e., not worn out, unwashed, with no damage done to the item, must be clean; merchandise too must be the same with its original packing.
