There are two ways you could file for a return at Poshmark:

File a return via the app

  1. Open the Poshmark app and go to the Accounts tab.
  2. Select “My Purchases”.
  3. Select the order you want to return.
  4. Then select “Problems/Order Inquiry”.
  5. Then select “order Not as Described”.
  6. Select a reason for the return.
  7. Add photos of the product received, that clearly shows your reason for returning and include a detailed description of the return.
  8. Hit Submit.

File a return via the internet

  1. Go to the Poshmark site and log in to your account.
  2. Select your profile image that will lower a drop-down menu.
  3. Select “My Purchases”.
  4. Select the order you want to return.
  5. Now, scroll down to select Problems/Order Inquiry drop-down menu and select order Not as Described.
  6. Upload clear photos of your product that you want to return that depict the reason for returning. Also, include a description of your return.
  7. Hit Submit.

Note – Take clear, sharp images of the problem area(s) of the product you want to return, use natural lighting if it’s a color related issue. Please also add pictures that show tags, serial numbers, and other details, such as stitching and hardware.

Once Poshmark has proof that the item sent to you is misrepresented, they will send you a prepaid return label. Using that, you must ship the item as per the address given in the return label.

Once they get their item back, Poshmark will refund you in full, this shall also include shipping charges and taxes.

Remember, you have 3 days to make your case if you want a return from the day of the arrival of the product.

Once Poshmark verifies your claim for a return, they will send you a prepaid shipping label, and then you will have 5 days to send the item back to be eligible for a refund.

If there are no complaints within 3 days of receiving the product, Poshmark shall release funds to the seller, and once a sale is confirmed, there will be no refunds.

Only non-medical grade masks are allowed to be sold on Poshmark, medical-grade masks such as N-95 and hand-sanitizers are not permitted for sale at their site.

If you can’t make it to your post office, you can schedule a free home pickup through USPS.

So, if an item is manufactured and runs small or large, and the seller does not note the size discrepancy, wouldn’t that technically be a fault of the seller? For instance, I bought a bra in my usual size, and upon receiving it, it does not fit, and in fact does not measure correctly to industry standards for that size, wouldn’t that be the fault of the seller for not disclosing the true size?
