- Before going to the store ensure that you have a return receipt for the order.
- You can print the return receipt by visiting the “Order History” link through your Petco account.

Petco applies a 25% restocking fee on all returns. Petco requires you to provide photos of all returnable items.
You must return all the items with a printed copy of Cali Bamboo’s Return Authorization form included in the packing slip.
For flooring, a five box minimum is required for any return. For transitions, a five-piece minimum is required for any return.
