The process for returning an item depends on if you are returning a product to the store or via the mail.
To return a product to a Party City store, you will need to locate a store via the company’s website and arrive with the unopened product and receipt.
You will need to access a printable return label via Party City’s website to begin a mail return. You can gain that by typing in your order number to the site and then you can begin the process of mailing the product back to Party City, who will then process the return.
Party City does allow you to return a product to an in-person store as long as it is unopened and you have your receipt from purchase.
You should also note that if you don’t have access to a store near your home, you can return your online purchase by mail.
To do so, go to the Party City returns page and type in your order number to print a return label.
Pack the item securely and include the order confirmation email in your return shipment after you receive the return label. Your order number and barcode are included in this email.
This is required in order for your credit to be processed quickly. If you don’t have this email, write down your order number on paper and include it with your return package.
