Local Store Returns
The items purchased can be returned to the local store. Just follow the following simple steps:
- Collect documents related to your purchase. These include:
- Receipt or invoice
- Original form of payment (e.g. credit card used to make the payment)
- Even if you lost your receipt, your transaction could be tracked using the credit card number or other details. In case that too doesn’t work out you can always return your products by providing a valid government-issued photo ID, name, address, and signature.

- Once approved, you will get the payment back in the original form of payment immediately. In case returns are without a receipt, you will get a refund in the form of a merchandise credit.
Returns shipped through Mail
The items purchased online can be shipped to any Nordstrom store. You can send in your products using the postage-paid UPS return label.
On average, it takes 10-14 business days to process your return and get a refund. Here, there would be 2 cases:

If the entire purchase made by you is completed via PayPal, you will get your refund in the same manner, i.e. through a credit to the same PayPal account.
In case the PayPal purchase included a Nordstrom Note or Nordstrom Gift Card, your refund will receive a credit to your PayPal account in separate amounts. If you have returned your item in the store, you’ll get your refund as Gift Card.
