How To Return a Next item?
If you chose the wrong size or the item it’s not up to your liking, you can return your unworn items by shipping them back to Next using the Smart label that comes with your order.
You pay nothing at the time of shipping, all you need to do is attach the label to the box and send it out in the mail or drop it off at the nearest courier location. Once your return is processed, a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
You must complete the returns note on the right of your delivery note and return it with your package. The company will need this information to refund your purchase.
Drop off your package in the mail wherever is best for you. You can drop your package at your local post office or, you can have a USPS carrier collect the package from your address by scheduling a pickup using the USPS website.
