Step-3: If your order is eligible for return or refund, then select refund or replace located to the right of your item.
Step-4: On the following screen select your shipping method, the final screen will provide you with steps to prepare your package for return and to print a label if one is provided or purchased.
Step-5: Once your order is received by the company, they will process your order within 3–5 days.

Refunds and Credits
Newegg return policy is very quick in issuing the refunds. The refund amount will be issued to your original payment source. If the original payment source is not available, they’ll send a check to your billing address.
