NASTY GAL Exchange Policy
Sadly, Nasty Gal doesn’t have an exchange policy. So if you want something in a bigger size, you have to go through the rigmarole of returning your order and ordering the other size or colour you want.

You can use Royal Mail for your own returns in the UK. You’ll be able to track when the parcel reaches Nasty Gal’s nearest distribution center. The parcel then has to go on to the warehouse, which may take another week. Finally, the refund will be processed and can take another week.
