Excluded items are anything purchased using a Mac Pro Membership.
Excluded locations include department stores and all airport locations.

You simply locate your nearest store, or the store it was purchased from, and return the item there. Bring along your receipt, your order number, or shipping confirmation email for proof of purchase.
