Return with a label
Return label is the return authorization slip provided by the company, which contains the detail of your products and address of returning the products.
The items purchased offline can only be returned to the local store while the online purchases have both the options. Just follow the following simple steps:
- Firstly, login to your Lulus account with your email or lookup order by visiting the returns section.
- Fill in the required information in the next section and retrieve the return label.
- After getting the return label, please remove all previous shipping labels or information that is intact on your return packaging.
- Now, you just need to print out the return label and attach it to your return package.
- You can drop off your package at the courier of your choice, either by USPS or UPS.
Try keeping your shipping receipt till the time you get refund.
Return without a label
The items purchased from Lulus can also be returned without a return label, follow the below steps to get going:
- If you are a guest user, you can log in here with your email ID and order number.
- However, if you already have an account, you can sign in to your account through your mail ID and password.
- On the Account section on the website, click on the ‘Initiate a Return’ tab in the drop down menu.
- Next, place your packaging slips inside your package. Further, you can also write down your order number on a piece of paper and return the item using any postal service to the following address:

Lulus generally refunds you either in form of the original payment method or online credit.
