To return a Louis Vuitton product, you can visit any freestanding Louis Vuitton store. When returning the product, you must provide proof of purchase and include all of the components of the original packaging in order to successfully complete the return.
You may also return your product by calling client services at 1-866-VUITTON or 1-866-884-8866.
Along with that, you can also initiate the return online. To do this, log into your My LV account and click on your order history. You’ll then be prompted to print out the packing and shipping label. Box everything back up in its original packaging and deliver it to your nearest UPS location.
All Louis Vuitton purchases made online can be returned in-store at no cost to the customer. However, there are a few exceptions to consider. In-store online returns of Louis Vuitton products cannot be completed at Bloomingdale’s, Saks, Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, or Nordstrom.

You may be able to return a Louis Vuitton product without the receipt. However, not all stores will provide this type of leniency. If they do, you’ll likely be issued store credit rather than a refund of actual money to your card.
Louis Vuitton will not accept item returns after their 30-day return window. All returns must fall within that timeframe and also come with all of the original packaging and proof of purchase.
