No. You will have to pay $9.50 for the return. This will not be refunded. You will need to pay the fee before you are able to generate a returns label from Hello Molly.

You will not be refunded any shipping that you initially paid for your product either.
When Can You Expect a Refund From Hello Molly?
You cannot get a refund from Hello Molly. The cash will be issued in store credit, which should appear in your account within 7-days of their warehouse receiving your return. All returns are tracked, so you can keep an eye on things.
Can You Use a Product Then Send Back to Hello Molly?
No. If Hello Molly suspects that you have used the product, then your refund will be automatically denied.

Hello Molly does not grant refunds, nor do they grant exchanges. If you return a product to Hello Molly, then you will only be given online store credit. This online store credit will not include the initial amount that you paid for shipping.
It is worth noting that Hello Molly makes the customer pay for all returns to their company. This is going to be $9.95 if you live in the United States, although the price can vary if you are returning from outside the country.
You a limited time frame to get a return from Hello Molly. If you do not do so within that time frame, then you will not be able to receive the store credit. This is 30-days, but the quicker, the better.
