  1. For her birthday, I Bought my wife a GG belt from a Gucci store here in VA. Of course since it was a gift, I bought it early. Little did I know about the 14 day window to exchange that by the time it would be her birthday my time would have run out. She tried it on once, found it to be too small. We head back to the store (an hour away) to exchange, we’re told we were too late 1.5 weeks too late. Also due to her trying it on, it was deemed “unsellable” and now we have a $500 piece of useless leather! Yahoo!

  2. I made a Gucci purchase at Saks Fifth Avenue back January 2022 while in New Orleans. The purse that I picked was in the case and I was willing to accept it but the salesman preferred that I have one untouched in a box. Little did I know that the hardware was not attached to the zipper until I opened the box 6 weeks later to carry the purse. I received a gift card today minus the taxes of $92.61. No one ever shared that my taxes would not be refunded until after I received the gift card and inquired. I could not return my bag to Saks due to having to wait on an approval from Gucci to return and that took over 30 days after my initial submission with copy of the receipt along with pictures of the purse. By that time it was not convenient for me to travel. This whole process took from March until today to receive the gift card and only because I am traveling to Orlando this week and have an opportunity to use it there. But I had to complain to request that they expedite the gift card due to how long it has taken to resolve. I never once expected that I would have to go through all the hoops with resolving to me a simple problem. I actual wanted the bag retuned and was told that if they could repair that I would receive it back but nothing!!!! This was my second purchase and now I want to sell both my gift card and sneakers.
