The period for return – 60 days
If you order any Express merchandise and you are not satisfied with it then you can make a return easily. Express accepts the returns of its products within 60 days of purchase, following its return policy.
All the returns after 30 days of purchasing will not be accepted by the company and will be shipped back.
How to Return Express products?
Express gives you the option of both in-store and online returns. However, you must know that the items with “Do Not Remove” tags must be intact for refund or exchange.
So, if you are removing the tag, just make sure that you are not going to return the product in future.
Return in the Express store
The items purchased offline can be returned to Express stores within 60 days of purchasing, just make sure that you have product receipt with you before going to the nearby store.
Step-1: Before doing anything else, ensure that the items you are going to return do not have ‘return by mail only’ mentioned on them.
Step-2: Visit your nearest Express store with a valid purchasing slip.
Step-3: Produce the items and purchasing slip to store official and they will help you in processing your return.
Step-4: Your refund will be immediately processed to your original form of payment, be it the debit card or credit card.
What if you don’t have a purchasing slip?
If you have lost your purchase slip, no need to worry. Express store officials will conduct a courtesy search of their database to locate your original purchase.
It will have the credit card information associated with the original transaction or your mobile number.
If Express is able to find your original purchase and the transaction has occurred within 60 days, the refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
However, if Express is not able to locate your information, your refund will not be processed.
How to return online purchases (Return with a label)
Return label is a return authorization slip provided by the company, which contains the detail of your products and address of returning the products.
If you wish to return your items by using the shipping label, you need to go through the following steps:
Step-1: Go to your Express account and login using your ID and password.
Step-2: Then you need to select your order which you’d like to return/exchange by using “Order ID”.
Step-3: Fill all the required information in the tabs provided, review your order and press the submit button to place the return order.
Step-4: You will be provided with the return label for your purchase.
Step-5: Just go ahead, print the return label and attach it with the box you wish to return with.

Third-party Purchase Returns & Exchanges
Third-party branded merchandise, which is purchased online can’t be returned in stores. However, Express.com Third Party orders can be returned by mail till 60 days of invoice. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Express allows you to exchange a single item for another item equal or more in value.
The item you are exchanging will be valued at the current selling price to determine the exchange value but, you’ll need to pay the difference in value.
