How To Return Items to Everlane?
There are two ways to return Everlane Merchandise.
In-Store return policy
Step 1: Go to your nearest Everlane Brick and Mortar Store. To check if you have one around you, click here.
Step 2: Bring every necessary item to make your case, i.e. receipt or order number and the item you want to return in unworn condition.

Using postal service to return the product
Step 1: Go to Everlane’s website, and log in to your account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Orders and Returns section, select the order you want to return.
Step 3: You must also select the reason why you are returning the product.
Step 4: you will then have to select the type of refund as well, whether you want to have a refund via the original payment method or go for the store credit.
(Any returns for the store credit are free with free shipping included plus there isn’t any deduction from the total refund as a restocking fee.)
Step 5: Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the original packaging you are sending. Send all the items back to them within 30 days after registering for a return.
