  1. I bought my grandson 2 outfits while on vacation at the OBX a month ago. Decided I should have gotten a bigger size since they were going to be a Christmas gift. I went to my nearest Carter’s store for the return with my receipt and both outfits on hangers with tags still on them. They didn’t have the outfits in the bigger size so I wanted to return what I had for cash which was how I paid originally. I was told I could only have store credit! They ordered 1 outfit in the bigger size and I had to pick out another one which didn’t cost as much as the original. They wouldn’t reimburse the $2 they still owed me. I had to buy something else! So disappointed in this store! I live 4 hours away from my grandson so I don’t know what size he wears. Probably won’t shop there much if return policy doesn’t change.
